These are convenient and I just grab one before I go for my workout. It saves messing around with powders and water. They taste great and give you a sweet kick. With no caffeine I don't get the shakes. They may not be as strong as regular pre-work out but for convenience and taste I rate 5/5.

In 2023 we set out on a mission to find the best preworkout suitable for beginners. After testing heaps of powders (read) caffeine we reached to a fairly disappointing conclusion; there was no single product in the Australian market that was intended towards beginners or seasonal gym goers.
